A Web browser is all you need to get online help from a Norris reference librarian. The library’s Ask a Librarian page now uses Meebo, an instant messaging application that does not require users to have IM software installed on their computers. Simply type your request in the text box Monday through Friday from 9:00 to 5:00 and wait for a prompt reply.
