Faculty of 1000 (F1000) is the in-depth directory to top articles in biology and medicine. 30 USC faculty members are currently recommending research articles and 238 articles written by USC researchers have been recommended by F1000 Faculty.
F1000 has expanded and is now made up of four services:
is the name of the article recommendation service (which also includes the open access F1000 Reports journals). Every recommended article now has a DOI for citation
is an open access repository for posters and presentations. It currently contains over 4,000 posters and submission is free.
is an open-access publishing program in biology and medicine that offers immediate publication, open and attributed post-publication peer review, open revision of work, and requires full data deposition and sharing. F1000 Research accepts a broad range of article formats and encourages submission of content types including null/negative results and case reports.
