Focus on Open Access: BioMed Central (BMC) and Public Library of Science (PLoS)

The USC Health Sciences Libraries support open access publishing through membership in BioMed Central and Public Library of Science. Through these memberships USC authors receive a 15% discount on article processing charges in any BMC open access journal and a 10% discount on PLoS publication charges.

Biomed Central Logo BioMed Central is an independent publishing house committed to providing immediate open access to peer-reviewed biomedical research.
