October 26th Tech Lunch Focuses on Finding and Fixing Images

Images can communicate more than words alone, but finding the right image can be difficult. When you do find the right graph or take the right photo, it always seems to need to be color-corrected, flipped, or otherwise edited to fit perfectly into your presentation.

Learn how to find the best graphs, charts, and photos in library-licensed resources and the free web and perform simple edits with free and low-cost software at Norris Library’s Tech Lunch Series on Friday, October 26th from Noon – 1:00 pm in the West Conference Room. As always, we’ll provide pizza and water to all attendees.

 


NGS Bioinformatics Meeting Planned for October 24, 2012

Norris Library Opens Bioinformatics Computation and Consulting Center
